Description

Provide the VA Medical Center, Minneapolis, MN with 2400 new Debridement Sets and 2000 new Stitch Removal Sets in accordance with solicitation specifications for the period of February 1, 2002 through September 30, 2002 with two 12-month renewal options. Yearly renewal options will be for 3600 Debridement Sets and 3000 Stitch Removal Sets. A recycling program for these two sets will also be looked at as part of the solicitation. Non-sterile bid samples are required. Delivery will be through the medical surgical prime vendor. Solicitation documents will be available on or about September 4, 2001, request in writing or by FAX to 612-725-2072. NAICS Code 421450 with a small business classification of 500 employees applies.
