Description

Contractor shall provide reagents, controls, calibrators, and instrumentation required to pre-test patient samples for blood product transfusions (Gel Technology) for the Blood Bank at Ft. Sam Houston, TX. This acquisition will be processed under the commercial item procedures of FAR Part 12. Instrumentation to be provided is Tecan Megan-Flex ID with computer and Reader SA with computer. Brand name or equal. Manufacturer is Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Rochester, N.Y. Contract period will be from 01 October 2001 through 30 September 2002, with four (4) twelve month option periods. This procurement is unrestricted and all responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered.
