Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation No. GDQ011033 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and will be awarded as a purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. The Government intends to award a firm fixed-price contract for furnishing and delivering the following: 1) Spike 80 DF, Tebuthiuron: N-[5-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl] -N,N'-dimethylurea . . 80.0%. qty. 25 gallons. 2) Arsenal, Isopropylamine Salt of Imazapyr (2-[4,5-dihydro-4-methyl-4-1(1-metylethyl)-5-oxo-1H-imidazol-2-yl]- 3pyridinecarboxylic acid . .28.7% qty. 75 gallons. 3) 2,4-D Amine, Dimethylamine Salt of 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic Acid . . .46.8%, qty. 275 gallons. 4) Tordon 22K, Picloram: 4-amino-3,5,6-trichloropicolinic acid, Potassium Salt . . . 24.4%, qty. 12.5 gallons. 5) Clarity, Diglycolamine Salt of 3,6-dichloro-o-anisic acid . . 56.8%. Item 2-Arsenal, 10 gallons and items 3 thru 8 deliver to Otero SWCD/NRCS, 2920 White Sands Blvd., Alamogordo, NM 88310, Atten: Dan Abercrombie. Commercial item provisions 52.212-1/3/4 and 5 apply. This procurement is unrestricted. The NAICS is 32532 and the SIC is 2879, the size standard is 500 employees. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered.
