Description

Note 22 applies. This acquisition is for the International Broadcast Rights for Television Programming. The Broadcas t Rights are for an estimated 600 hours, which are anticipated to be purchased under this contract. This is a Sole Source R equirements contract, with four option years, that will be solicited from Hallmark Entertainment Ltd., who is the exclusive rights holder for the International Broadcast Rights based on the programs that will be required. This solicitation, for co mmercial items, shall be prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12. The N AICS Code is 512120. This is for off-the-shelf programming delivered to and in support of the American Forces Radio and Tel evision Service located at 1363 Z Street, Bldg 2730, March ARB CA 92518-2016. Offers are due to T-ASA March Contracting, 13 63 Z Street Bldg 2730, March ARB CA 92518-2017, no later than 2:00 p.m. (Pacific) on 18 SEP 2001.
