Description

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS), Cotton Programs, plans to procure color anomaly research in the color of cotton classed by the High Volume Instrument System. This is a sole source procurement. A contract will be negotiated with Zellweger Uster, Knoxville, Tennessee. This procurement will be awarded FOB destination, firm fixed price. All effort shall be completed and all reports delivered by within 12 months after award of the contract. There will be no solicitation available for bid.
