Description

The Program Support Center/Division of Acquisition Management has a requirement to procure services for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. This is anticipated to be a twelve month simplified acquisition. The purpose of this requirement is to provide targeted technical assistance and capacity building for faith-based and community partnership development to substance abuse prevention and/or HIV prevention service providers (recently established private, nonprofit 501(c)(3)) of African American, Hispanic/Latino, American Indians and Asian Pacific Islanders in areas of high sero prevalence and few prevention services). The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be available electronically approximately ten days after issuance of this notice. (NAICS 541690 $5 million). 100% small business set-aside.
