Description

The Government intends to award a contract to Merrill Engineering LTD, Delta, BC for 4 each UH-60 Phase Maintenance Platforms for the Blackhawk Helicopters for delivery to the Aviation Classification and Repair Activity Depots (AVCRADs) in the following locations: Salem Oregon, Aurora Colorado, Wheeler AFB Hawaii, and Mather California. Minimum specifications include: weight 4000 lbs., port/starboard decks 22'x3'x8', forward deck 12'x3'x8', 2 each staircases 6'x3'x6', and kickpanels and handrails for safety, locking swivel castors. The Government considers model # ME-1001 EXT manufactured by Merrill or EQUAL to meet the minimum requirements of the Government. Contract will be awarded unless another firm can provide equivalent equipment. Equipment offered must meet all characteristics of the Merrill Engineering LTD part number listed in this announcement.
