Description

The scope of this contract includes, but not limited to furnishing labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supplies and supervision necessary to provide the steam trap replacement and associated piping repairs throughout the Naval Complex, Newport, RI and incidental related work. This is a Firm Fixed Price type contract. This contract includes a base year with four twelve month options with a duration not to exceed sixty months. The Guaranteed Minimum is $25,000.00. The Estimated Cost Range is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The NAICS Code is 235110 and the business standard is $11.5 million. The issue date is 12 Sep 2001 and the bid opening date is 16 Oct 2001. There is a non-refundable charge of $15.00 for plans and specifications.
