Desired system parameters: 1) Completely interrupt the electrical connectivity from 18 AWG to #6 AWG insulated copper wire solid core, stranded or braided copper electrical wire within a 1 second duration. 2) Tool should be able to be inserted by hand through a 4 inch by 4 inch opening 3) External components must be non-conductive (this can accomplished through proper coating) 4) Tool may either be delivered explosively preloaded or field loaded. 5) Other desired characteristics weigh under 5 lbs.
