Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Stanford Computer Optics for an image intensified camera optimized for the visible -near infrared. Stanford Computer Optics will furnish 4QuikE/100-25 ICCD camera with 25mm MCP, enhanced IR photocathode, peltier cooling, 4 Spec video imaging software, Nikon lens mount and an MV framegrabber enabling data aquisition from two camera on a single computer. The computer software and ICCD electronics are capable of sequencing with as short as 0.1 ns delays between exposures from the different camera. Resolution is 750 pixels x 480 lines across the field of view. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements under the authority of FAR 6.302.1. Anticipated award is on or about 9/12/01. See numbered Notes 1 and 22.
