Description

The National Ground Intelligence Center intends to procure,on a SOLE SOURCE basis, subscription services for Electronics Group, Geo-Political/Economic Group, Weapons Systems Group & Aerospace Systems Group, to include direct telephone support, updates, upgrades and all documentation from Forecast International, Newton, CT. Interested vendors are invited to submit a response, within fifteen (15) calendar days after publication of this notice, which must include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability to meet the above requirements. No solicitation document exists, however, all responses from vendors demonstrating their capabilities will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis, the Contracting Officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to all firms that are found responsive to the requirements of this notice or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation. Telephonic inquires will not be accepted. See Numbered Note 22****
