The Library of Congress intends to issue delivery orders against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement to renew subscriptions with Reed Elsevier Publishing's R. R. Bowker Division for the continued use and access of their database system by the following FEDLINK member: AMPC. R.R. Bowker offers fixed media electronic data retrieval with the following CD-ROM products: Books in Print on Disc, Books in Print with Book Reviews, Books Out of Print on Disc, Ulrich's On Disc and Variety's Video Directory On Disc, Corporate Affiliations Plus, Advertising Redbooks Plus, ABMS-CD, and International Books in Print. Reed Elsevier Publishing also offers LAN and fixed media magnetic tape versions of many of its more popular databases. Bowker offers a WEB product list that covers Books In Print, Books Out of Print, Audio, Video with Reviews. Over 400 of R R. Bowker print versions of the electronic databases are offered through FEDLINK. Representative available items include print versions of Books In Print, Bowker Annual, Bowker Complete Video Directory, Children's Books in Print, Dictionary of Dictionaries, Dictionary of Librarianship, Early Printed Books 1478-1840, International Books in Print, Large Type Books in Print, Medical and Health Care Books and Serials in Print, Subject Guide to Books in Print, and Variety's Film Reviews. Service will be continued through September 30, 2002. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS. No telephone calls will be accepted. WRITTEN RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE PRICES AND TECHNICAL DATA SUFFICIENT TO DETERMINE CAPABILITY. No award will be based on any offer or proposal received in response to this notice. (See Note 22).
