Description

The Naval Aviation Depot (NADEP), Cherry Point, NC has submitted a requirement for the renewal of the subscription services for commercial and government data (vendor catalogs and standards information) which is provided on a CD-ROM for the automated retrieval of such data. The contractor shall provide the upgrade and maintenance of the disc jukebox which contains the CD-ROM media. In addition, the contractor shall provide updates to the subscription service monthly, update the subscription software manuals for the users, and provide occasional troubleshooting for maintenance of the system. The period of performance is for the base year 01 October 2001 thru 30 September 2001, or the effective date of the award, whichever is later, with provision for two (2) option years. As of 30 June 1999 all contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration ( CCR) Database as a condition of contract award. Contractors may register in the CCR through the World Wide web at http://www.acq.osd.mil/ec or call the DOD Electronic Commerce Information Center at 1-800-334-3414. Include Cage code and Dun & Bradstreet Number with request. The Government intends to solicit Information Handling Services, 15 Inverness Way East, Englewood, CO 80112 on a sole source basis, however, all responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. Note 22 applies.
