This requirement for PRON: AX1C0471AX, NSN: 1560-01-116-4203, PN: 145C3050-3, Quantity: 11 each -- plus two one-year 100% options. This item is restricted to Boeing Helicopters, Div of the Boeing Co Rt 291 and Stewart Ave., Ridley Park, PA 19078-1099, Ca ge Code 77272. Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery is 11 each 360 Days After Contract Award. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. An altern ate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity's procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity. 'This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 2 2, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government.' The closing date annotated is an es timated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
