Description

This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a small business set-aside; any responsible source may submit an offer. Solicitation number M67400-01-T- 0663 applies and is issued as a Request For Quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-45 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-11.The standard industrial code is 3354 the business size standard is NTE 5.0 million. The agency need is for: Item 0001: Qty: 1 EA Bailer. In support of Command Support Equipment (RCN 06-001-2) Item 0002: Qty: 1 EA Installation of Equipment. Installation charge of Baler in building 1322 Iwakuni, Japan Item 0003: Qty: 1 EA Training. Training is requested in operations and safety procedures associated with the baler. Japanese and American employees will attend the training. Training shall only be performed on Monday thru Friday. DELIVERY: Shall be FOB Destination to building 1322 Iwakuni, Japan 60 days after award.
