Description

The Federal Bureau of Investigation, 935 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., Washington, DC, intends to award a SOLE SOURCE procurement to Avaya Communications Government Solutions for software and hardware upgrades for the Definity and Definity Prologix PBX Systems. This is a SOLE SOURCE procurement under FAR Part 6.302-1 ( a) (2) (ii) and is not a request for competitive quotes. However, responses received from responsible small business sources prior to the close of business September 13, 2001, will be evaluated. Offerors responding to this notice must provide proof that they can provide the requested services in a cost effective manner. Offerors must contact the Contracting Officer, Lisa A.
