Description

The purpose of this Sources Sought Synopsis is to obtain Contractor resources to perform and provide the following services: Provide documented descriptions of the most effective and efficient organizational structures for this DISOC/DSIO organization undergoing a critical information technology change as described in the tasking below. Provide documentation and samples on the types of positions found within world-class organizations that would have a supply chain management mission, size, etc. similar to DSIO/DISOC. Provide requirement for skill levels and core competencies related to supply chain management, ERP and SAP missions. Provide a metric measurement system to measure and document the corporate level of effectiveness for projects, and the overall organization. Facilitate and Participate in meetings/discussions related to the DISOC/DSIO Organizational tasks within this SOW. We are seeking information and white paper proposals from any company seeking an opportunity to bid on this SOW. The proposed start date is Oct 1, 2001. White Paper Proposal Responses shall be no more than 7 pages long and contain the following information: Exec Summary, Past Performance, Understanding of the Requirement, Management Approach, Technical Approach -- Benefits and Drawbacks, Project Analysis, Definition and Delivery, Cost Analysis- implementation costs, training costs, etc., Cost Proposal, Proposal agreement.
