Description
Environmental Management A-76 Cost Study: This requirement is being conducted as an A-76 Cost Study in accordance with the Office of Management Budget (OMB) Circular No. A76. The service provider shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform all environmental management tasks and functions at Robins AFB, Georgia (RAFB) as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW), except as specified in Appendix 2 Government Furnished Property/Services/Equipment. The proposed performance period shall be one year, plus four one-year option periods. A pre-solicitation conference will be held in Sep 2001. The draft solicitation and all other information on this acquisition will be published electronically on the PK Web Site and FedBizOpps. If you are not satisfied after contacting the above POC, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or Contracting Officer, but to communicate serious contracting concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
