Description

Environmental Management A-76 Cost Study: This requirement is being conducted as an A-76 Cost Study in accordance with the Office of Management Budget (OMB) Circular No. A76. The service provider shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform all environmental management tasks and functions at Robins AFB, Georgia (RAFB) as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW), except as specified in Appendix 2 Government Furnished Property/Services/Equipment. The proposed performance period shall be one year, plus four one-year option periods. A pre-solicitation conference will be held in Sep 2001. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
