PR No: YPG01222001360 This solicitation will contain one NSN for purchase of Actuator,Cable Guards for an E-3 Aircraft. This solicitation will be solicited and awarded as an Indefinite Quantity Contract. The award will be for a Base Year and four Option Years. There is one approved source of supply: The Boeing Company, CAGE 81205; The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: 1680-01-034-7307; P/N 50-3370-3; AEQ =3D 19 for Base year and 16 for all Option Years. Delivery: FOB Origin, Acceptance is Origin, 100 Calendar Days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and can not be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is 21 Sep 01 and anticipated award date is 28 Dec 01. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
