Item 0001: NSN 6130-01-360-4061HY/6130-01-290-7512 P/N 0201700-3/8ES00341700M01 NOUN Repair of Power Supply Applicable to: Multiple Aircraft Destination: Tinker Air Force Base, OK 73145-3028 unless otherwise specified by the Production Management Specialist at time of shipment. This is a five-year Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) requirements contract for repair of an estimated quantity of 1055 over the 5 year period. Basic Year is estimated at 325 each, First Year is estimated at 192 each, Second Year is estimated at 178, Third Year is estimated at 181 each, Fourth Year is estimated at 179 each. CLIN 0002 is for Data (G009 Reporting) and CLIN 0003 is for Over and Above. Written procedure will be used for this solicitation. No telephone requests, only written or faxed requests received direct ly from the requestor are acceptable. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shal l be considered. NOTE: Faxed solicitation requests can be submitted to OC-ALC/LIDAB at 739-3462. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Justification: Supplies or Services required are available from only one or a limited numbe r of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquis ition. The purpose of the ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When r equested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participat e in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
