Description

Synopsis: The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to provide the VISN 12 Medical Centers with Radiopharmaceuticals. The hospitals involved in the procurement are the VA Medical Center Hines, IL, the VA Medical Center North Chicago, IL, the VA Medical Center Milwaukee, WI and the Chicago Health Care System, West Side/Lakeside Division, Chicago, IL. The period of performance will be October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002 plus there will be one Option year. Rapid delivery time is essential and may require one hour. Price quoted is to be all-inclusive. Contract will be firm fixed price and unrestricted. The NAICS number is 325412. This solicitation is issued under the authority of Public Law 104-262 and 38 USC 8153. This procurement is being conducted under the Subpart 13.5 test program where simplified acquisition procedures apply and the conduct of the procurement will be in accordance with Parts 12, 13, or 14 of the FAR or some combination thereof.
