Description

Provide Eyeglass Supplies and Services for the participating VA medical centers in VISN 12 (northeastern Illinois, Upper Peninsula of Michigan and Wisconsin). The solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. All supplies and services will be provided in accordance with the specifications and work statement from the date of contract award with the possibility of two one-year options (exercised at the government's discretion). Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation should be available on or about August 30, 2001. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the GLAC Contact Point and accompanied by a check for $5.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs.
