VERTREL SMT, Or equivalent per MSDS# 180962 available at http://hp9.wr.disa.mil:8001/. Size: 5 Gal. Container, 50 lbs. each. Qty: 35. Delivery: "as called basis", orders will be placed for quantities of 5 each or greater. Delivery Location: BLDG 640, Robins AFB, GA Monday-Friday 8:00 AM -- 3:00 PM. Period of Performance October 2001 -- September 2002. Please provide MSDS and all product information required for evaluation with quotes for equivalent products. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcememnt constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation.: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to offerors); 52.212-2 (Evaluation-commercial items); 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items); 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items); 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues of Executive Orders-Commercial items). In accordance with clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be based on: price and price related factors.
