This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F09650-01-Q-0339 is a Request for Quote. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-20. NAICS Code: 511210 size $18 million. Place of Performance/FOB: Robins AFB, GA. Period of Performance: 1 Oct 01 -- 30 Sep 02. CLIN 0001 -- Service Contract to renew software licenses and provide software support for Broadvision (Quicksilver) software to support multi-system Test Program Sets. QTY: 1 YEAR $ _______________ CLIN 0002 -- Service Contract to renew software licenses and provide software support for Broadvision software to support the F-15 Avionics Integration Support Facility. QTY: 1 YEAR $ _______________ This solicitation is sole source to BROADVISION, INC or their authorized dealers. STATEMENT OF WORK Service Requirements: 1. Maintenance to cover all licenses of BROADVISION software currently in use within LYS for support of the Test Program Sets and F-15 Avionics Integration Support Facility. 2. Toll-free telephone support for the assistance with troubleshooting problems encountered while installing and/or using BROADVISION products. 3. Telephone response is to be within four (4) business hours. 4. Provide notice of known software problems, workarounds and tips. 5. Provide software upgrades or software delivery as requested upon notification of availability. 6. Upgrades and packages must arrive at WR-ALC NTL thirty (30) days after they are available for shipment. 7. Products shall be shipped on Appropriate media.
