Description

The U.S. Small Business Administration proposes to negotiate a sole source contract with Caliper Corp., Chevy Chase, MD, to design and develop a web-based mapping application interface, using Caliper's proprietary software "Maptitude", for the Office of New Market Venture Capital Program. The requirement consists of "Maptitude" software licenses for five servers, creating server interfaces to the GIS functions and macros, tayloring the application to fit New Markets criteria, and provide technical support and modifications as needed. Interested firms are invited to identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by 9/10/01.
