AMENDMENT NO. 01 -- The purpose of this amendment is to change the descriptions as follows: 1) CLIN 0002 The CLIN description has been corrected from base period 01 Oct 2002 30 Sep 2003 to 1st option period 01 Oct 2002 30 Sep 2003. 2) CLIN 0003 The CLIN description has been corrected from base period 01 Oct 2003 30 Sep 2004 to 2nd Option period 01 Oct 2003 30 Sep 2004. The due date of quote remains unchanged and is 13 Sep 2001 at 4:00 p.m. eastern time. All other information in the solicitation remain unchanged.
