Description

THIS IS A UNRESTRICTED REQUIREMENT. Telephone Communication Service needed for NOD Headquarter. The contractor shall furnish monthly plans, services, etc., for 6 Analog handheld phones, 21 Analog Bag phones, and 175 Digital Cellular phones. Coverage should be all Southern Louisiana, Venice, LA, Morgan City, LA, Houma, LA, Thibodeaux, LA, Baton Rouge, LA, Lafayette, LA, Lake Charles, LA, Simmsport, LA, Continential U.S.A., Old River Areas, and along the major LA Highways. Airtime, roaming and long distance charge applicable to cellular phones. Payment shall be made for actual monthly invoiced activity of each individual phone. Additional phones and associated equipment added by Communication Service Authorization (CSA) DD form 428 during contract period.
