Description

This is a notice of intent to negotiate with Concurrent Computer Corp., 2881 Gateway Drive, Pompano Beach, FL on an other than full and open competitive basis to acquire computer maintenance service for a Harris model H1000-2C computer system. The computer maintenance service would be provided during a base period 1 oct 2001 through 30 sep 2002, with options for the FY03-05 years. The technical data, diagnostic tapes and computer chips (ie: software & hardware) required to perform this maintenance service are proprietary to Concurrent Computer and are not available from any other source. These services are mandatory to meet the minimum maintenance requirements of the H100-2C computer system. The Government intents to negotiate on a sole source basis with Concurrent Computer Systems. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
