Description

Provide all labor, material, parts (including glassware and crystal), tools and travel required to perform preventive maintenance and repair services to the ADAC Gensysy single Head GAmma Camer, ADAC Pegasys Diagnostic work station, Genysys Acquisition work station and a Seiko printer. Period of services will be 10/1/01 -- 9/30/02 with two one-year options. Subject to the availability of funds. All requests must be made in writing to the Contracting Officer (fax 304-264-3997).
