Description

The Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a 12-month SOLE SOURCE contract with two (1) year option periods to Kayano Communications of Olympia, Washington, pursuant to FAR.302-1, Only One Responsible and No Other Supplies or Services Can Satisfy the Agency Requirements. The proposed Contractor will design and develop diabetic programmatic, educational and communication matrials to report Indian health programs grants activities; provide updates on scientific advances in diabetes management and care; and to furnish providers working in American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) communities and AI/AN individuals with diabetes, their families and communities with appropriate diabetes education and programmatic resources. This procurement is a SOLE SOURCE and NO solicitation is available; therefore, requests for such documents will be considered invalid responses. See Numbered Note 22.*****
