This is a correction to the previous synopsis posted on August 1, 2001 for a "TOX SULFUR/CHLORINE ANALYZER". Initially, EPA had planned to negotiate a sole source purchase. This procurement will now be processed using full and open competition under FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). The anticipated release date for the RFQ is approximately September 10, 2001.
