The solicitation is a renewal of Technical Documentation & Logistics Subscription Svc from Information Handling Serives to include AIA; ASTM-Complete; ASME-Complete; IEEE; Catalog Xpress Basic; Historical DoD Standardization Service-Complete; DoD Adopted Industry Standards; UL-Complete (w/out Directories); Specs & Standards (Military) -- Complete; Haystack for Windows Online; License 5 user to all databases (1 user for Haystack): AMSAM-MMC-AD, Building 5309, AMSAM-MMC-LC, Building 5301, AMSAM-MMC-VS, Building 5301, and LARS Offices -- Ft. Campbell, KY and Ft. Rucker, AL (Six off-site liaison engineers). The government intends to awa rd sole source to: Information Handling Services, Engleweed, CO., because it is the only known source that can satisfy the agency requirements.
