Description

Full time Pediatric Ophthalmologist Services are required at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Fort Campbell, KY starting October 1, 2001 or shortly thereafter through September 30, 2002 and four option years. This is a 100% small business set aside. Anticipated date of issuance is September 6,2001 with a response date of September 2001. This procurement is being conducted under the Subpart 13.5 test program where simplified acquistion procedures apply and the conduct of the procurement will be in accordance with FAR Parts 12, 13, or 15 or some combination thereof.
