Description

Provide labor, materials & facility for the interpretation of x-rays for the Community Based Outpatient Clinics located in Orem Utah, St George Utah, & Pocatello Idaho for patients of the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System. The contract may be awarded under a single or multiple award. The contract will run from the Date of Award through September 30, 2002 with 4 one-year options to extend the term of the contract. The contract will be a fixed-price contract. This procurement will utilize Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Commercial Items Part 12.203 in accordance with Far Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation.
