Description

1660-01-134-1007, Insulation Pipe Covering. Approved sources are Lockheed Martin Corp.(p/n C7888-9 rev Z), Avica Inc. (p/n 55A009-9), Arrowhead Products (p/n 713229-9), Burk Industries (p/n 600-215-9), and Industrial Tube Corp. Option to Extend the term of contract: 48 months. Estimated annual quantity is 861 each for the base year and 972 each for the option years. Government first article testing of 2 each is required. Delivery schedule is 390 days ARO with first article testing and 150 days ARO with first article waiver to Hill AFB, UT. Critical application item with origin inspection. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Unrestricted with other than full and open competition. The final contract decision may be based on price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Note 26 applies.
