Description

PRON: AX1F5120AX, NSN: 1615-01-312-2388, PN: 7-311527038-19, Quantity 283 each with 283 each options year for two additional years, applicable to AH-64 Airframe unit. F.O. B. Destination with deliveries to Texarkana, TX . This is a restricted req uirement to, McDonnell Douglas Helicopter (8V613) and Fenn Manufacturing Co. (82001) This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. The required delivery when Alternate I I is recommended is 10 each 400 Days After Contract Award and 10 each the following month. The First Article Test Report is due 308 Days After Contract Award. The required delivery without First Article Testing is 10 each 320 Days After Contract Awar d and 10 each the following month. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dated stated above. Foreign Firms are r eminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
