Description

This is a combined synopsis/RFQ for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested for the following item and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Maine Army National Guard would like to purchase one (1) Boroscope to perform internal inspections of UH60 T700 engines. Insertion tube probe 5mm-6.1mm diameter, 58.5"-120" working length. Full way articulation and precise control. portable Storage/Transport case Light source Viewing monitor -- 5", high resolution, sunshade, ability to adjust brightness and tint Ability to record, save and transfer images to electronic media in .bmp or .jpg format 115/240 volt AC and 12 Volt DC Side viewing capabilities Able to magnify/zoom the image Shipping: USPFO For Maine Warehouse, Building 14, Camp Keyes, Augusta, ME 04333 The government will issue an award resulting from this combined synopsis to the contractor who offers the boroscope that conforms to the solicitation and is the lowest price. Incorporated provisions and clauses are as follows. FAR Provision 52.212-1 applies to this acquisition. Offer shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offer Representation and Certification-Commercial Items, which may be accessed on the Internet (http://www.arnet.gov/far/). Additional applicable FAR clauses: 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 252.212-7000, 252.204-7004. All price quotations shall be submitted to Keith Waye, USPFO for Maine, Building 39, Camp Keyes, Augusta, Maine 04333-0033 not later than 4:00 pm, September 26, 2001.
