Description

The government intends to purchase on a Sole Source basis the following items manufactured by AALBORG INSTRUMENTS & CONTROLS, INC.:(1)Mass Flow Controller, Aluminum, with display, 0-15 L/MIN, AIR, Part#GFC171 (50-EACH). (2)Power Supply, 110V, Part#PS110 (50-EACH). (3)Remote Display Cable, 3FT, Part#17/3RC (50-EACH). (4)Cable 9-PIN D Connector, Part#CBL-D5 (50-EACH). These items are for use in the Interim Biological Agent Detector System (IBADS) and are direct replacement parts. These replacement parts has to be the same form, fit and function as the existing components. Award to be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures on all or none basis. All responsible sources may submit their quote, which shall be considered by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, Va. 22448. The contractor shall provide in writing information stating they are a valid authorized distributor of AALBORG INSTRUMENTS & CONTROLS, INC. The contractor shall provide Cage Code, Dun and Bradstreet number, Tax Identification number and the published price list with their fax quote to fax 540-653-6812, Code SD18. The government shall not issue a written quote as all items are called out in this CBD notice. The contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database. All items shall be shipped FOB Destination to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, Va. 22448. Closing date 17 September 2001. Anticipated Award date is 18 September 2001.
