Description

A. The solicitation is hereby amended to include the following clauses: FAR 52.219-8, Utilization of Small Business Concerns (Oct 2000), DFARS 252.219-7003, Small, Small Disadvantaged and Women-Owned Small Business Sub-Contracting Plan (DOD Contracts)(Apr 1996). B. The following clause is hereby incorporated into the solicitation: FAR 52.215-5, "Facsimile Proposals" (Oct 1997) C. The requirement for icemaking/dispensing equipment is hereby deleted. D. In addition to 2 1/2- and 5-gallon BIB beverage concentrate containers, 3-gallon BIB containers are also acceptable. E. The following flavors in the specification are changed: Item 0001AB, No-Caffeine Cola (8,000 gal), change to Item 0001AB, unspecified flavor (offeror to propose); Item 0005, Orange-Lemon (10,565 gal), change to Item 0005, unspecified flavor (offeror to propose); Item 0006, Spicy Cherry (10,000 gal), change to Item 0006, unspecified flavor (offeror to propose); Item 0009, Orange flavor (14,400 gal), change to Item 0009, unspecified flavor (offeror to propose); Item 0011, Sports Drink, Lemon-Lime fl. (14,400 gal), change to Item 0011, unspecified flavor (offeror to propose). F. The closing date and time are hereby changed to 10 Sep 01 at 4:00 p.m. G. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
