Description

The U.S. General Accounting Office (GAO) in Washington, D.C. has a requirement for on-line legal research services. These services shall include caselaw, statutory, regulatory, administrative, periodicals, and citator materials. It is the intention of the U.S. General Accounting Office to procure these services by the issuance of non-competitive delivery orders to LexisNexis and the West Group (Westlaw), under the Library of Congress, FEDLINK contract. Services will be continued through September 30, 2002. It is believed that there are no other sources capable of providing the required services. See Numbered Note 22.
