Description

The Government has a requirement for a contractor to perform service for: ELEVATOR PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE FOR ALL ELEVATORS AT ST. ALBANS ECC. CONTRACTOR IS TO FURNISH ALL LABOR AND MATERIALS REQUIRED TO PERFORM PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE FOR ALL ELEVATORS, NINE (9), AND ONE (1) DUMBWAITER AT ST. ALBANS VAECC FACILITY, 179 LINDEN BLVD, ST. ALBANS, QUEENS, NY 11425. PROVIDE AN ON SITE ELEVATOR MECHANIC FOR 25 HRS. PER WEEK MINIMUM OR FIVE (5) HRS. PER WORK DAY. PROVIDE ALL LABOR AND MATERIALS TO ASSURE ELEVATOR PERFORMAICE IN ACCORDANCE WITH STANDARDS. PERFORM ALL TESTING AS REQUIRED AND ALL APPLICABLE CODES AND REGULATIONS SHALL APPLY.. From October 1, 2001 thru September 30, 2002; at the St. Albans, VAECC, 179th Street & Linden Blvd., St. Albans, NY 11425. (Queens NY). This procurement shall be procured and awarded using the commercial item procedures. NAISC 811412. The term of the contract shall be from Date of award through September 30, 2002 with a Government option to extend the term of the contract for (2) additional one-year periods. This procurement is for small business and large business concern.
