Description

Provide urological services for the period of October 26, 2001 through October 25, 2002 with two option years. Services include urological procedures and seventy-two (72) outpatient clinics during the contract period. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. RFP is available September 19, 2001, requests must be received in writing (FAX #970-244-7721). The RFP has also been distributed through the VA Business Opportunities System and my be accessed from the VA Solicitations Index page at: http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm beginning September 19, 2001. Proposal is due October 19, 2001. Award is contingent upon availability of Fiscal Year 2002 funding.
