Description

The United States Government is performing a space rental analysis for Louisville, Kentucky to determine prevailing rental rates in relation to a proposed lease extension for approximately 48,673 BOMA usable square feet of office and related space. BOMA rentable square feet offered must yield 48,673 BOMA usable square feet. The lease term begins May 15, 2002 and ends May 14, 2003, with the lessor providing fully serviced space, to include required alterations, moving costs and telecommunications moving cost. The requirement will be satisfied at the present location, unless there is alternate space of equal size and quality available for occupancy on May 15, 2002, at an economic advantage to the Government including all upfitting costs, moving and telecommunications relocation costs, and agency special requirements.
