Description

Z-Maintenance, repair, & alteration of real property, construction of walk-in tent campsites. This requirement is for the general construction of the walk-in tent campsites in Watchman Campground, Zion National Park. This would include the construction of 18 campsites, trails, roads, parking area for 20 vehicles, associated grading, miscellaneous site work, planting trees, and irrigation. Zion National Park is located approximately 43 miles east of St. George, Utah. The estimated price range is between $100, and 250 thousand dollars. The specifications, plans will be avialable on or about, October 30, 2001, with work "estimated" to start November 15, 2001. This acquisition is solicited under full and open competition.
