Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) intends to procure the following: Ammunition: Federal 9MM 147 Grain Hyder-Shok (369 cases). Shipments in various quantities to the following location: Houston, TX, St. Louis, MO, Kansas City, MO, Los Angeles, CA, Jeffersonville, IN, Miami, FL, Hato Rey, PR, St. Thomas, VI, Brentwood, TN, Metairie, LA, Brooklyn, NY, Philadelphia, PA, Phoenix, AZ, Denver, CO, Albuquerque, NM, Cheyenne, WY, San Francisco, CA, Reno, NV, Las Vegas, NV, Seattle, WA, Honolulu, HI, St. Paul, MN, Milwaukee, WI, Helena, MT, Tampa, FL, Bristol, VA, Roanoke, VA, Richmond, VA, Gaithersburg, MD. All shipments shall require inside delivery. No substitution of brand for standardization purposes within the Bureau. Award will be made to the offeror meeting all specification listed above. This procurement will follow both commercial and simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Part 12 and 13. All applicable FAR Part 12 clauses / provisions shall apply and form an integral part of the award. Awardee must complete a SF-3381 ACH Vendor/Miscellaneous Payment Enrollment form, for payment via electronic funds transfer. All interested parties must submit a quote within 5 days after date of publication. Award will be based on best value to the government. Quotes must include price and product literature information, which list specifications, bullets per box and boxes per case. Quotes are acceptable by mail and/or facsimile machine at 202/927-7311 Attn: Jim Huff. No telephone request or inquires will be accepted.=20
