Description

The USDA,ARS, MSA, in Stoneville, Mississippi has the intent to purchase Primer Pairs thats labeled with FAM, HEX, and NED in the amount of 105 each. We anticpate the purchase of 300-400 labeled PCR primer pairs. Both forward and reverse primers with an average of 23 bases in length. THe forward primer of each pair will be labeled with a dye suitable for use in an ABI-3700 sequencer (ie Hex, Fam, or Ned). THe 300-400 primer pairs will be split into three groups. BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON PRIMER PAIRS INDEPENDENTLY FOR EACH. A RFQ package may be obtain from Dave McKenzie @ dmckenzie@ars.usda.gov
