Description

Contractor to provide all supervision, labor, tools, parts and materials to perform annual maintenance, and hydrostatic tests/recharge for fire extinguishers at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46202,in accordance with the contract document and the statement of work. Contract period is 10/1/01 thru 9/30/02 with four (4) one (1) year option renewals. This is a 100% small business set-aside. NAICS is 561210 -- size standard $5.0 million.
