Description

INTEGRATED SECURITY SYSTEM N00604-01-T-B469 The Regional Contracting Department, Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii intends on negotiating a Firm-Fixed Price, Sole Source contract with Security Resources, LLC in support of the Naval Station Security Division. The proposed project is part of an integrated security system design and only the proposed equipment will fully integrate with the existing identicard system. The following items are to be delivered FOB Destination: Item 0001: One- (1) Pole Mounted Integrated CCTV. Item 0002: Four- (4) High Resolution Color CCD Cameras. Item 0003: One- (1) Closed Circuit Television. Item 0004: One -(1) Programming, Training and Shipping cost. Item 0005: Two- (2) Integrated Gate Barrier System. The required delivery date is 30 November 2001. Specific requirements are provided in the solicitation, which will be available around 10 September 2001. The anticipated closing date for proposals is 7 calendar days after issuance of the solicitation. This is an Internet only solicitation and hard copies will not be available. Phone requests will not be accepted. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Far 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The applicable NAICS code and size standard is 561621 and $9.0 mil, respectively. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Far 52.232-33 (Payment by) Electronic Funds Transfer (Central Contract Registration) requires registration in the CCR database and payment made by electronic funds transfer.
