The following firms have completed Stage I of the selection process and have been invited to participate in Stage II: Antoine Predock Architect, 300 12th Street, NW, Albuquerque, NM 505-843-7390; Overland Partners, Inc. 501 Broadway, San Antonio, TX 78209, (210) 829-7003;Lake/Flato Architects, Inc. 311 Third Street, Suite 200, San Antonio, TX 78205 (210) 227-3335; Ford, Powell and Carson Arch. and Planners, Inc., 1138 Commerce Street, San Antonio, TX 78205 (210) 226-1246. Interviews are scheduled for September 26, 2001, at the GSA Regional Office located at 819 Taylor Street, Room 12A01, Fort Worth, TX 76102. Criteria for evaluation will be Team Design Performance (50%), Team Organization and Management Approach (30%), Professional Qualifications (15%) and Evaluation of the Designated Geographic Area (5%). A response to this announcement is not necessary.
