Description

VISN 22 Network Business Center is conducting negotiations with Procare Imaging Systems, 7526 E. Rosecrans Ave. # 34, Paramount,A 90723 under the simplified acquisition procedure to provide Preventive Maintenance and Intervening Service calls on the following Government-Owned Kodak/Agfa Film Processing Equipment located at West Los Angeles, Los Angeles Ambulatory Care Center, and Sepulveda Care Centers. The period of this contract shall not exceed six-months, but maybe shortened upon award of consolidated contract in development. Equipment is to be maintained by providing all necessary labor, materials, tools, parts, travel, shipping expenses and non-expandable parts to provide manuals and schematic drawings to perform snheduled maintenance and repair service (including cadi-tanks)to keep equipment in first-class operating condition. All PMI's are scheduled to be accomplished monthly or bi-weekly. Prospective contractor must submit credentials, training certificates and certification with proposals. Servicing technicians must be certified technical representatives capable of keeping the equipment up and operational according to manufacturer's standards. Offeror must provide references from at least three (3)current accounts where the contractor has provided the same or similar services on the equipment mentioned herein and/or evidence of certification as an authorized factory trained facility. Enclose your company's CAGE, code, DUNS number, and TIN number along with mailing remittance address. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219.
